Volunteers provide a variety of services to enable older adults and adults with disabilities to maintain their independence. Tasks include household tasks, grocery shopping,friendly visits or phone calls and transportation.Volunteers also deliver Meals on Wheels and provide pet visitation to nursing homes and assisted living facilities with Fairfax Pets on Wheels. Inquire within for specific requirements necessary to access these services.
